Away from the crowds; close to the beauty
Our home is in the heart of the Village of Oak Creek. Just 5 miles south of Downtown Sedona, Oak Creek is primarily a residential and small business community that is safe, walkable, and charming. There are many golf courses/country clubs, restaurants, shops, street markets/festivals, and hiking trails (including the famous Bell Rock) just minutes away. A short drive down Verde Valley School Rd gets you to the South side of Oak Creek with direct creek access and spectacular views of Cathedral Rock with plenty of hiking trails.
Whenever you feel like venturing into Sedona proper, it's only a short 15min drive away. You are far enough away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to experience Sedona how you want to!

Here's the Deal
As friends and family, we are offering you affordable nightly rates with all the creature comforts of home. In exchange for a great rate and good availability, we ask that you do a bit of tidying up before you leave and treat our home as if it were your own. We have placed helpful notes around the house with tips and instructions and have a detailed reference guide on this website if you run into problems.
We provide most of what you need, aside from food. This includes cooking supplies, oils & spices, toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.), internet access, linens & towels, rice cooker, blender, sous vide device, pots & pans, utensils & glassware, coffee & tea maker/supplies, cleaning supplies, USB charging throughout, HDMI hookups for all TVs and monitors, portable fans & heaters, and more.

Check the availability calendar to see if our place is available when you need it. If it is, complete the form and we'll confirm availability and block off your dates.
Electronic Access
We'll create a digital code for you to access the property. It will only be valid for the duration of your stay. If there are problems, we can remotely control access.
Tidy Up
There is a small checklist to do before you leave. This includes things like wiping down counters and bathrooms and placing sheets and towels near the laundry room.
